Adds a visual editor for the `Class.AudioFilter` instance.

Add `Datatype.CFrame.fromRotationBetweenVectors()`.

Fixes bug where deleting a part under the player character may cause them to float in place for other players.

Fixes `Class.VRService.VREnabled` initialization error in Roblox Studio VR mode.

`Class.UIStroke` now renders when `Class.GuiObject.BackgroundTransparency|BackgroundTransparency` is 1 for a `Class.CanvasGroup` or `Class.ViewportFrame`.

Changing the `Class.GuiObject.LayoutOrder|LayoutOrder` of a `Class.UIPageLayout.CurrentPage` instance is now properly reflected visually.

Tab key now works with `Class.TextBox` on macOS.

Fixes an issue where the "Show Services..." and "Hide Service in Explorer" options would be disabled after trying to access them with a script open in the Script Editor.
