Fixes Editable Mesh API bug where meshes would not update until part was invalidated.

Fixes `Class.SurfaceAppearance` tint color in ViewportFrame.

Fixes animation tiles playing in Avatar Setup when the mouse is not hovering over them.

Fixes an issue preventing the GradientEditor color button to become locked after it was opened and closed once on macOS. Also introduces color change cancellation behavior to the GradientEditor color dialog, allowing users to easily discard changes.

Application no longer crashes when you use a touch device and your script calls `EquipTool`, or when you use the keyboard to equip a tool. Instead, dragging stops and the tool is equipped.

Tweaks the theme of the select item palettes menu in Avatar Setup.

Fixes an issue that could prevent streaming out characters and associated mechanisms if a seat is deleted while a character is welded to it.
