Improves startup time for Windows Studio and the game client.

Adds WebP support for thumbnails in the client.

Updates lighting compatibility migration to disable slight bloom on default.

Adds MicroProfiler scopes relating to async light chunk processing.

Fixes two issues with `Class.InsertService:GetFreeModels()` and `Class.InsertService:GetFreeDecals()`:

- Creator name was incorrect for group-created assets. It now returns the group name rather than the user who uploaded the original version.
- After page 0, pages were being skipped. All pages are now returned to match what is shown on Creator Store.

Fixes Editable Mesh API bug where meshes would not update until part was invalidated.

Fixes issues with the mobile touch jump button on character death.

Fixes missing documentation for `Instance.fromExisting` in Studio.

Fixed the Mute button in Studio not registering as checked.

Allows more accessories to be accessed from Check Body in Avatar Setup.

Fixes an issue with `UIDragDetector` where `MinMaxDragTranslation` jumps at the start of the drag.
