Fixes type info missing from intersection type.

The Device Ribbon button now stays active when the Device Emulator Toolbar is active.

Calling `model:Scale()` does not scale `Humanoid.BodyProportionScale` or `Humanoid.BodyTypeScale` because these are not linear-scaling values for humanoids; they are proportional values that don’t care about the size of the humanoid.
